Facilitation & Reflection

Troubleshooting where workers have become stuck or drift is occurring, using our unique STUCK (Strengths, Trends, Understanding, Change & Knowledge) mapping tool. This can be in small groups or multi-disciplinary teams. Workers should bring appropriate anonymised families/individuals to the session. We would encourage a multi-agency approach to this.

Quality Assurance

We can provide a Quality Audit Service to ensure process and report writing are working to high standards to improve practice regarding neurodivergence.

Reflective Supervision

Group or Individual Supervision of Social Care staff or project workers supporting families or individuals where there is neurodivergence.
